In Mesopotamian culture they relied on agriculture and demonstration. This goes for Egypt and China as well. They domesticated in animals and plants and organized in trade. In all societies women were looked down upon. More in China than any other civilization, men/boys were more favored than women. Egypt women had the most rights compared to both Mesopotamian and Chinese society. All three societies believed in the after life and were very religious. The Chinese believed in their ancestors in the after life watching over them giving  them guidance, and in Egypt they preserved dead bodies into mummies believing that the owners spirit might return, and as for Mesopotamian's they believed in reincarnation.
